I'm a Registered Nurse - Can I join the course?

Yes - you're welcome to join the 80-hr DN course. Click HERE for more details.

I'm a qualified RMT/ Registered Nurse / Naturopath - Is the 80-hr DN course suitable for me?

This 80-hr Dry Needling course is made up of 60-hrs of online theory training plus 20-hrs of practical training.

The theory part of the 80-hr DN course mostly concentrates on surface & clinical anatomy so this would help brush up on your anatomy if it's a little rusty.
The practical course is very practical / hands on.

The course includes all the Introductory & Advanced Dry Needling techniques. After successful practical course completion, you'll be qualified to use Dry Needling Therapy the very next day.

Once you enrol in a DN course, you can join the Free Skype Study Group for extra support. This is an optional extra that we provide to help practitioners who would like to brush up on their anatomy.

I'm an RMT and want to do the DN Introductory course and Advanced course but can only enrol in the 80-hr DN course?

If you're an RMT, Registered Nurse or Naturopath you need to complete the 80-hr DN course (due to PI Insurance reasons). This is made up of 60-hrs of online theory theory & 20-hrs practical completed on Friday night, all day Saturday & Sunday.

The 80-hr DN course includes all the Introductory & Advanced techniques so you do not need to enrol in a seperate Advanced course. The 80-hr DN course is the right course for you.

Can I join the DN Advanced course if I've completed the DN Introductory / Level 1 DN course?

YES. Practitioners need to be qualified in Dry Needling Therapy and have completed an Introductory / Level 1 DN course in order to join our DN Advanced course (can be with another course provider).

Practitioners need to complete a DN Advanced course to join the DN Masterclass (can be with another course provider).

I'm an RMT already qualified as a DN Therapist. Can I attend your DN Advanced course?

Yes. You're welcome to join the DN Advanced course for RMT's who've already completed a DN course.

I'm a Physio. Is the DN Intro course a pre-requisite to do the DN Advanced course?

Yes. Practitioners need to have completed an Introductory or Level 1 DN course (different course provider) before joining the DN Advanced course.

I'm a Myotherapist. Can I join the DN Advanced course only?

Yes. Myotherapists are welcome to join our DN Intro or DN Advanced course or both as an Intro / Advanced bundle.
We recommend all practitioners join the Intro course as well as the Advanced because some elements in this course require a good understanding of the basic Introductory principles & techniques that lead on to the Advanced techniques.

Can I join the Dry Needling course for my own personal use? I'm not a qualified practitioner?

No. The minimum reqirement to join the CPD HC Dry Needling course is Diploma in Remedial Massage Therapy.

Dry Needling course Accreditation v's ATMS Practitioner Accreditation. Will my ATMS allow me to use DN Therapy if I successfully complete the CPD HC Dry Needling course?

Yes. There can be some confusion with dry needling course accreditation v's practitioner accreditation. Practicing Dry Needling after completing the CPD HC Dry Needling course: ATMS course accreditation is not required if you wish to use dry needling techniques as part of your remedial massage treatment protocol. Which course can I join - I'm a qualified RMT & 2/3rd Yr Physio/ Chiro/ Osteo (1)

Which course is right for me?

Due to Professional Associations & PI Insurance guidelines, RMT's need to complete the 80-hr Dry Needling course for RMT's.

This 80-hr Dry Needling course is made up of 60-hrs of online theory training plus 20-hrs of practical training.

This is so you can gain a DN endorsement on your RMT Certificate of Currency and then use this new skill in your RMT clinic, the day after successfully completing the practical course.

As an Osteo / Acupuncture Student, you need to be in your final year of training in order to complete the shorter DN Intro course (20-hrs training).

Unfortunately, you would not be able to gain the all important DN Therapy endorsement on your RMT insurance policy if you only completed the short course.

I hope this helps explain why you need to complete the 80-hr DN course.

Student Discount:

As a student you'll receive a discount off your 80-hr DN course. Please choose Student - RMT when adding your profession on the enrolment page (even though you're a qualified RMT).
